Sub process: With much trial and error and feedback, we are going to simplify our sub process. If you need a sub for a day or a period, please complete the following: (longer sub needs, please reach out to Jolie, Chad, Nate or Liz.)

• Report your sub as usual and let Jolie know so we can answer questions if parents or students have any. You can use this link to report your sub: https://adminweb.aesoponline.com/

• Create an asynchronous lesson students can complete on their own.

• Have them complete an assignment that is due during the lesson for attendance.

• Complete attendance based on that assignment.

Note: 

TEACHER ABSENCES:  When using Frontline to enter an absence, make sure you choose "No sub required" on the right side of the page, it is a drop-down choice, "Substitute Required."  This will report the absence, but will not fill the job with a sub.
