STRING ORCHESTRA
Tamalpais High School has an outstanding Orchestra, and the only one in the district!
We participate in festivals, community events and holiday performances. In the past we have performed at Disneyland and at Lincoln Center in New York! In our orchestra you will perform works from Bach to Bluegrass, Mozart to Jazz. You will also have the opportunity to perform in a string quartet where you get to choose the music!
You must be and intermediate to advanced level student to join, advanced piano players may also register for this class.
Orchestra meets the CSU/UC and High School Fine Arts requirement and may be repeated every year for credit! So rosin up that bow and join today!
