A Class Dedicated to Wellness, Outreach and Education

Peer Resource students are trained in mindfulness and active listening with the goal of forming authentic connections with peers.

Peer Resource students learn and educate peers on topics related to inclusivity, wellness, mental and sexual health, and substance use. 

• Redwood students can request to meet confidentially with a Peer Resource student to celebrate successes or sort through circumstances. All correspondence is confidential*
  
  
• Outreach and education occur in classrooms at Redwood, through school-wide events, and at feeder middle schools.

*Confidentiality is upheld unless a student is hurting themselves, someone else, is being hurt by someone else, or is under the influence at the time of the meeting.
