• Back to School Night

  • Redwood High School Back-to-School Night

    Thursday, September 12, 2019 - 6:15-8:46 p.m.

A “Must Attend” Event for All Parents

    Your Student’s Class Schedule

In order to participate fully in the evening’s activities, you will need this information sheet and a copy of your student’s class schedule. You may obtain a copy of your child’s schedule online (using eSchool Plus Home Access Center) or ask them to show you and you can take a picture of their schedule with your phone.  The schedule will indicate the order of your student’s classes, teachers’ names and room numbers.

    Program Purpose

Back-to-School Night provides you with information about Redwood’s instructional program and allows you to meet your child’s teachers. Due to the shortness of each period, it is not possible for teachers to talk about individual students. We will operate on an abbreviated school day schedule to make it possible for you to visit each of your student’s classes. Bells will ring to guide you on your way to each class.

    Finding Your Way

Students from the Leadership Class will be available to help you find your way although the room numbering system is fairly simple. All 100 rooms are on the ground floor in the main building; all 200 rooms are on the second floor in the main building; all 300 rooms are in the building to the east of the main building; room 404 is located next to the CEA; all 500 rooms are in the buildings adjacent to the south end of the east parking lot and 700 rooms are the portables behind the Main Gym. Look for directional signs up high near the corners of the hallways.

We are also attaching a PDF of the campus map for your convenience.

    Principal Sondheim’s Welcome in Phil Roark Gym:  6:15 - 6:30 p.m.

Bells will ring at the beginning and end of each class.  There is a 7- minute passing period between classes.

SMART period does not meet at Back To School Night
