Welcome to my P.E.. Website!

 I am very excited to be your teacher this year and getting to know you.  I have been a physical educator for 24 years, 16 years in the TUHSD district.  I am a native from San Diego and received my degree at San Diego State University and also earned a 4-year division 1 softball scholarship.  I have coached softball for many years even at the collegiate level at the University of California San Diego.  I am passionate about physical education and building relationships with my students.  

My goal for my students is to help them understand the importance of connecting the mind and the body to create a healthy and balanced individual.

I enjoy challenging and motivating my students but at the same time my focus for them is ALWAYS self-improvement and enjoyment in accomplishing there individual goals in physical education.
