District Families,
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating economic impact on many institutions and individuals in our community. By filling out the brief survey linked below, you can help us address two of these areas of impact – food insecurity and school funding.
The survey linked below determines eligibility for the Free & Reduced Lunch program. Several school funding sources are tied to the number of students eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch and this money benefits all District students.
Survey: Household Income Survey
In the past, we’ve relied on families coming forward to apply for Free/Reduced Lunch, but we’re reaching out because these times are hard, and we don’t want to leave any stone unturned to find students and families who may benefit from some form of food assistance. Even if you don’t think your family will qualify, please take a moment to fill out the brief survey (if your income is above the levels needed to qualify, the survey will be very short).
Qualifying for Free/Reduced Lunch does not obligate you to take part in the program, but it will help bring money into the District for all students. Your data is protected by the Family Education Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) and cannot be accessed by the IRS or Immigration (Dept of Homeland Security).
Thank you so much for your participation.
