MENTORING

For many years, Tamalpais Union High School District has provided a robust induction program for all teachers new to the District.One aspect of this program is for those staff new to teaching. Completing the District program allows the teacher to fulfill their Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) requirements and clear their credential. The second component of the program is to assist all teachers new to the District a smooth transition into the Tam District and an understanding of the District's high instructional expectations.
